How to Charging
We suggest directly connect the black charging wire coming with spot welder from power adapter to spot welder，and power adapter need 5V current above 2A.
We not suggest use PD charger or connect any other voltage current meter,because some PD charger and wire can not output a 5V voltage,type C to type C connect will have some charging problem!
Spot Welder include high discharge lipo battery,for safe delivery,it have low power,inside IC control charging current when battery is low power,
In the case of low power, there may be a low voltage alarm, continue to charge,powere alarm will stop will power up to 80%，we suggest charing more than 30 minutes.
How to Use:
*Take note to fully charge the battery before use*
1. To Turn On/Off - Long press button for 3 seconds then release the button after hearing the boot sound,that is turn on/off.
2. Short press the button. If the buzzer rings, that is shift position. Press one time, and it can add 1 gear. 1-9 cycles, and the 9th gear is the strongest welding strength.
3. Soldering Operation - Start with level 1, unit will start soldering after 0.5 seconds once it detects item. Power setting can be adjusted to suit different soldering job. If high level going into current protection mode and reboot,you can connect a USB input;When welding, press down the soldering pin lightly, and the nickel sheet and the battery can be bonded together. The harder you press, the less solid the welding will be.
4. Auto Power Off - After no activity for 2 minutes the unit will automatically shut down.
5. Lower Power Warning - If the device is lowe power, the buzzer keeps beeping after turning on;
Precautions for maintenance:
The spot-welding machine has a built-in high-rate lithium battery, which is different from the mobile phone battery. The high-rate lithium battery can discharge with high current, so if it is not used for a long time, it may cause the battery voltage too low to shut down, and serious may cause battery damage. We recommend charging it to about 60% for storage in 2-3 months
