Please kindly check if the host base is completely combined with the device's main unit in place. (The host base is completely centered in position and cannot slide further)
2. Why does the MINIEYE fail to recognize vehicles, lanes, and proximity？
To ensure accurate warning of dangerous road conditions, please place the GPS module according to the following tips:

. The GPS module should be placed face up.

. The GPS module should be placed at least 20 cm away from the monitor
3. Why failed to download the MINIEYE APP?
The APP only supports Android 5.0 and above/iOS 10 and above. Please kindly check your phone system and update the version.
4. What is the maximum capacity memory card that can be used?
This product supports
