How to use the caviar production kit:
1. Slide the hose onto the connector of the caviar machine.
2. Add the desired caviar mixture to the caviar machine tray. There must be at least 75 ml in the tray to avoid damaging the vacuum during aspiration.
3. Replace the top of the caviar machine onto a tray containing the caviar mixture. The tips of the 96 holes will now be immersed in the caviar mixture.
4. Back off the syringe plunger to 5cc. Create air space to provide additional propulsion at the end of the dispensing cycle.
5. Connect the tube to the syringe.
6. Slowly and steadily suck the syringe plunger to the 20 milliliter mark on the syringe barrel.
7. Carefully remove the caviar machine from the tray and place it approximately 3 inches above the calcium bath. Slowly lower the syringe plunger from 20 ml to 0 ml.
8. After one minute, remove the caviar balls from the calcium bath, rinse in a clean water bath, and consume immediately.
